What data we collect
Only what we need in order to reply to you. When you complete our contact form we ask for your first and last name, company, email, phone number, your industry, how much time the process you want to solve takes, and a description of that process.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we ask you not to include any in the description either: no personal data about your own customers, no identity document numbers, no credentials and no confidential company information. For that, once a project moves forward, we sign a confidentiality agreement and use a secure channel.

Atlassian Marketplace apps
When you install one of our apps from the Atlassian Marketplace, the app operates within your Atlassian instance and accesses only the data that the permissions (scopes) declared at install time allow. Those permissions are shown to you by Atlassian before installation and you can review them at any time from your instance's administration settings.
Each app states, in its own listing and documentation, what data it reads and whether it stores anything outside your instance. Uninstalling the app revokes its access immediately.
We do not use data from your instance to train models, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare the assessment, and follow up commercially on that same enquiry. Nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes. We do not add you to bulk mailing lists unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored
Contact form data is recorded in HubSpot, the customer relationship platform we use, hosted on servers in the European Union. When you submit the form, that information travels directly from your browser to that platform.
The website itself stores nothing: it is a set of static files, with no database of its own.

Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. We have no advertising pixels and no social media trackers, and we do not follow you across sites. You can verify this in your browser's storage panel.
We do measure visits, using the analytics built into Cloudflare, the provider that hosts this site. It works without cookies and without identifiers that follow you: it records how many visits each page receives, from which country and from which kind of device, in aggregate. It does not build a profile of you, it cannot recognise you if you return another day, and that data is never combined with what you send through the form.
The only thing we keep in your browser is your theme preference — light or dark — if you use that button. That is local storage, not a cookie: it is never sent with requests, it identifies no one, and you can clear it from your browser at any time.
That is why this site shows you no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add a tool that does use cookies, this page will be updated before we do.

How long we keep it
For as long as the enquiry is active and, if it becomes a client relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus the legal retention period for business records. If an enquiry does not move forward, we purge the record after two years.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to hola@conectastudio.com.py and we will resolve it within ten business days.
You do not need to justify the request or go through any form: an email from the address you gave us is enough.

Legal framework
Paraguay has Law No. 7,593/2025 on the Protection of Personal Data, enacted in November 2025, with full entry into force scheduled for November 2027, preceded by an adaptation period and the establishment of the National Personal Data Protection Agency.
We work to align with that law now rather than when it becomes enforceable. It is consistent with what we do: if we ask a company to trust us with its documents, the least we can do is keep our own house in order.

Changes to this policy
If it changes, we update the date in the header. If the change affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will notify you by email before applying it.
